A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He also completed post-graduate studies at the Warsaw University of Technology and the Warsaw School of Economics, as well as MBA at the University of Illinois at the Lublin University of Technology. From February 2016, Chairman of the board of PGE Dystrybucja, one of polish electricity distribution system operators. Earlier, President of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer at Zakład Energetyczny Warszawa Terrain, and then President of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer at the Warsaw Branch of PGE Dystrybucja. He was also the head of the department at the National Bank of Poland, Director of the Administration Center at Polish Television and the Director of the Operational and Technical Office at the Municipal Purification Company in Warsaw.
