Business development & regulatory affairs manager in Handen. As a lawyer specialised in the regulatory policy of energy sector, for many years she has been actively involved in its development, managing projects in the field of EU common energy market and innovative technologies. Alumna Lesław A. Paga Foundation, the Florence School of Regulation and Warsaw Bar of Advocates, she is also the author of several publications in the field of energy regulation and its legal and tax aspects. Joanna is also the co-founder and Member of the Management Board of Young Leaders in Energy Association, which is aiming to promote the participation of young professionals in public debate on the future of Polish energy sector.
